Job Duties
Perform property inspections in accordance with InterNACHI standards of practice
Document findings and recommendations in a report, including photos
Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews and follow-ups
Qualifications
A clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to crawl on knees and stomach
Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Punctuality
Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and growing company
Strong computer skills
Experience/Training
Inspection experience (preferred)
Customer service/relations experience (preferred)
Building experience (beneficial)

Pay: Hourly plus commission
