SaaS Product Manager – Shipping Progress & Team Performance (Long Term Contractor)

As we expand, we need a results-driven Product Manager to oversee the progress of our product shipping, review pull requests (PRs), and help identify and address team performance issues. Key Responsibilities: Track Product Shipping Progress: Monitor and report on the status of product features and releases, ensuring timely delivery and identifying roadblocks. PR Reviews: Lead the review process for product code changes (PRs), ensuring high-quality standards, proper documentation, and alignment with the overall product vision. Team Performance Management: Collaborate with leadership to assess team dynamics and individual performance. Help identify underperforming employees and provide input for performance improvement or team changes. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams during product development. Product Roadmap: Contribute to the product roadmap, helping prioritize features and releases based on business goals, user needs, and engineering capacity.
