Saas Operator (Product Management + Growth)

I’m looking for a proactive operator to help run and grow my SaaS product, ProLyrics.ai (AI songwriting tool).
Think of this role as the execution side of a mini CEO. You’ll be responsible for helping move the product forward day to day, acting as the bridge between ideas, execution, and development. Your job is to keep things moving, implement what’s needed, and make sure nothing stalls.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Owning growth across the funnel (waitlist to signups to activation)
• Managing tools and systems (GoHighLevel, email flows, onboarding, etc.)
• Acting as the go-between for me and developers to ensure things get implemented
• Taking ideas and turning them into execution without needing constant direction
• Tracking key metrics and reporting weekly
• Keeping the overall product and growth moving forward consistently
What You’re Good At:
Growth mindset
• You understand funnels, activation, and retention
• You’re familiar with core SaaS metrics like CTR, CAC, LTV, and churn
Operations / light technical
• Comfortable working inside SaaS tools and managing systems
• Able to implement changes across funnels, onboarding, and basic product flows
• Can communicate clearly with developers to get things built and shipped
Execution-focused
• You move fast and ship consistently
• You don’t overthink simple decisions
• You take direction and run with it
• You come with solutions, not just questions
