Position Overview: QinetiQ is looking for a hands-on SaaS IT Administrator to help keep our cloud software running smoothly. This role is all about making life easier for our teams - setting up users, keeping systems secure, and solving problems before they become headaches Responsibilities: Manage user accounts and access across cloud apps, including SSO and SAML authentication Work with vendors and keep software subscriptions and licenses up to date Make sure our cloud applications meet security and compliance standards Automate routine IT tasks to save time and reduce manual work Troubleshoot SaaS-related issues and keep things running smoothly Document processes and contribute to our internal IT knowledge base Collaborate with other IT team members to make workflows better and more efficient Required Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in SaaS administration or cloud IT support Experience managing user accounts, access control, and identity management (SSO/SAML) Solid understanding of cloud software ecosystems and IT security/compliance basics Proactive problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes Clear communicator, comfortable working with teams across the organization Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides Preferred Qualifications: Experience automating IT work-flows with scripts or IT automation platforms Pay Transparency: The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
