As a Telecom Managed Service company, they partner with over 300 service providers globally to help customers with technology design and find the best solutions to meet their needs.As a Software Developer, you will use coding languages to write, compile, and test programs and applications aimed at delivering cellular cost optimization services for enterprises. Joining our client's team, you will be dedicated to helping reduce their clients' monthly cell phone bills and simplifying the management of their mobile device inventory and services.If you are independent, a great communicator, a problem solver, and have strong attention to detail, this is a great fit for you! Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software applications and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Test software through unit tests, integration tests and debugging tools.Perform code reviews and ensure the highest code quality standards are met.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software developmentParticipate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers You will shine if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.4+ years of related work experience.Thorough understanding of software design patterns and architecture principlesExtensive knowledge of coding languages and systems.Skilled at developing front-end UX using CSS3, HTML5, and Bootstrap while delivering content from MSSQL via Ruby on Rails.Experience with Cold Fusion to help support enhancement/bug backlog would be a great plusExperience with agile development methodologiesExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.Experience with database technologies, such as SQL or NoSQLExperience with version control systems, such as Git.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software Here are some of the perks we offer you: Salary in USD100% Remote Additional Information Ready to learn more?
