What You Will Be Doing
β’ Designing and executing district implementation plans that drive high adoption of our MTSS framework
β’ Delivering engaging professional development that leaves educators confident and excited about using our solution
β’ Monitoring implementation progress and analyzing student performance data to ensure districts achieve their goals
β’ Partnering with district leaders to overcome challenges and optimize their student support programs
β’ Leading on-site training sessions that build strong relationships with key stakeholders

β’ Developing custom one-off solutions instead of implementing our proven, standardized approach
β’ Focusing on post-implementation account management rather than driving successful adoption
β’ Getting buried in administrative paperwork instead of driving meaningful outcomes
β’ Working with a single district rather than implementing across multiple school systems
RTI Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Transform student achievement by ensuring districts successfully implement our AI-powered MTSS framework to deliver measurable improvements in learning outcomes.
Basic Requirements
β’ At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
β’ Proven experience leading full MTSS framework implementations across multiple districts or schools
β’ Experience managing intervention documentation, compliance processes, and progress monitoring systems
β’ Demonstrated success coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams
β’ Track record training and coaching groups of 50+ educators on intervention frameworks and systems
β’ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently through successful completion
β’ Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
β’ Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
