RPA Application Programmer

The RPA Application Programmer translates the solutions provided by systems designers into detailed program specifications. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. Current UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD) requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability in root cause analysisExperience with debugging tools, log analysis, and performance monitoringProficiency in VB.NET/C# and understanding of .NET frameworkExperience with SQL queries and database troubleshootingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiencesExperience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and ITIL processesExperience with version control systems (Git)Experience with Orchestrator administration and robot managementKnowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages is preferred.Familiarity with API integration and web services is preferred.Understanding of infrastructure components affecting RPA performance is preferred.Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Monitor, maintain, and optimize production RPA bots to ensure consistent performance and reliabilityPerform root cause analysis on bot failures and implement permanent fixesAnalyze system logs, debug code, and troubleshoot complex automation issuesDocument technical issues, resolutions, and process improvementsCollaborate with business users to understand operational impacts and communicate technical solutions in business termsParticipate in incident management and on-call rotation as neededIdentify opportunities for automation enhancement and efficiency improvementsMaintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articlesSupport change management activities including testing and deploymentEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study, and three (3) years of experience; or equivalent combination of education / experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
