Route Sales Merchandiser

Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will ensure Frito-Lay products are perfectly presented to customers while working independently and on the go. Key responsibilities include: • Travel to designated store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). • Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive product displays. • Partner with Route Sales Representatives to maintain positive customer relationships and accurate product placement. • Follow a set schedule with assigned start times and accounts, with potential for schedule changes over time. • Utilize a company-issued iPhone to access schedules, communicate with your team, and log daily activities. Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum age of 18 years. • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast-paced role for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or warehouse operations. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency with technology, including smartphones and mobile applications.
