Room Attendant/Housekeeping - Able to Work Weekends
Hampton Inn Bulverde is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Must be available to work weekends.

Where You Can Make an Impact:
Ā Clean and prepare guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
Ā Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms by sanitizing fixtures, restocking supplies, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
Ā Replace used towels, linens, and other items with fresh supplies.
Ā Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Ā Monitor and report maintenance needs or damages in guest rooms to ensure quick resolution.
Ā Restock housekeeping carts and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Ā Follow established health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Ā Collaborate with other departments, such as the front desk or maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ā Ensure lost and found items are reported and handled according to hotel policy.
Ā Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience:
Ā Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus, but training will be provided.
Knowledge/Skills:
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure guest rooms meet high cleanliness standards.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Ā Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
