Role: Project Manager (PSAP Relation Manager) Location: Remote-USA Duration: Contract • Will support 9-1-1 Network transition project • Have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree and 10+ years' experience in Problem Solving and Project Management • Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with other departments/subsidiaries to develop timelines for project deliverables. • Be able to consistently demonstrate a levelheaded approach, calmness and a "can do" attitude • Possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternatives that are customer-focused, strategic and profitable for the team and project. • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Work under extremely challenging timeframes and pressure to meet deadlines. • Be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work with a team environment as well as in a standalone role, working independently with minimal supervision • Possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternatives that are strategic and profitable. • Have confidence to address senior management and apprise them of critical situations. • Possess experience in working within a change control-oriented environment, solid knowledge of testing strategies and defining acceptance criteria.
