Job Responsibilities:
Monitor remote systems to ensure proper functionality and respond to technical support tickets
Review Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) performance and generate worklists for maintenance
Perform standard interventions and maintain operational guidelines for BESS
Maintain system logs of operations, issues, and significant events, communicating with stakeholders as necessary
Initiate emergency response management processes according to established guidelines
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
Background in electrical systems, PLC programming, instrumentation, automation, and HMI controls is a strong asset
Ability to work a shift schedule including overtime, holidays, and on-call as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of phone systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate on critical issues
