National trial firm seeks Attorney who wants to try complex cases with well-known team!
The Attorney will be part of a complex trial team that handles both state and federal cases. This practice group handles plaintiff insurance litigation including large bad faith cases, agent-broker cases, and more. They recently won a $5M jury verdict and have six cases going to trial in 2024! There is a robust team supporting with trial paralegals and assistants.
The Attorney can be mostly remote when not in trial and prepping for trial. No two cases are the same!
