RN - Telehealth Respiratory Health REMOTE
We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our call center team, providing remote clinical support for respiratory patients, caregivers, referral sources, and field staff. This role includes managing CPAP compliance, offering equipment troubleshooting, and delivering patient education via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide telephonic respiratory support and education
• Monitor CPAP compliance and initiate patient enrollment programs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and advise field personnel
• Support on-call needs every 4–6 weeks (after hours phone consultations)
• Maintain accurate documentation and licensure
• Stay up to date on insurance guidelines and continuing education
Qualifications:
• Active RN license (multi-state preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of clinical or respiratory experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, patient records, and home respiratory equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in home respiratory care
• Additional licensure in neighboring states
• Completion of a respiratory care/therapy program
