RN Program Manager (REMOTE)- FirstChoice Mobile Staffing/Travel
About the position Responsibilities • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating patient care. • Ensure quality of care delivered and engagement of FirstChoice colleagues. • Manage the System Staffing Office and all members of the Office team. • Participate in strategic development and outcomes management of nursing and clinical services. • Collaborate with national program director and other key leaders in operational planning. Requirements • Registered Nursing license. • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required. • Master's degree in nursing, Business or Health Administration preferred. • Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing or leadership experience. • Knowledge of professional nursing practice in a clinical specialty. • Certification required within 18 months of hire. • Member of a professional nursing organization required. • Thorough working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record and advanced health care technologies. • Understanding of the health care environment and applicable laws and regulations. • Demonstrated knowledge of system thinking, change leadership, and continuous improvement. • Ability to collaborate with all members of the health care team. • Ability to synthesize and interpret clinical, quality, and financial data.
