Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: • Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing • Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered • At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred • Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care • Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift • Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members • Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines • Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedule & Benefits: • Schedule: Full-time, 3-11p shift • Work today; Get paid today option available • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO) • Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Bey Lea is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-CB1 11.13.25 Apply tot his job
