Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and speciality technicians
Hospital at Home support is available 24/7
Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care
Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential
Hospital at Home has onsight provider available 24/7
RN/patient ratio of 6:1
On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
Full-time (0.9 FTE) opportunity, day shift openings, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays.
Certification pay available
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
Experience: 3+ year RN Experience in acute care
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
