University Home Care Inc is seeking an experienced RN Homecare nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Chesterfield Twp and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Assess patient health and monitor progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and post-hospital care.
Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical nursing practices at all times.
Requirements
Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
Previous homecare nursing experience required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to travel within Chesterfield Twp and surrounding areas.
