About the job RN-Home Health-DayShift Opportunity Overview Join a compassionate and mission-driven home health care team as a Registered Nurse (RN). This unique pay-per-visit position offers guaranteed income during your first 6 months, competitive per-visit rates, and opportunities for unlimited earnings. You'll provide essential care in the Carnegie/Crafton region, working autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities • Lead and implement patient care plans in home-based settings • Provide direct support and guidance to patients and families • Document clinical visits with accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams • Manage your own schedule and support patients across designated service areas Required Qualifications • Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing • License: Active RN license in Pennsylvania • Certifications (All Required): • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) • Experience: • 1+ year in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation, Clinical Informatics, or Clinical Quality • 1+ year in EMRs such as Practice Partner or other Electronic Medical Record systems • Travel: Comfortable with local travel (~20% driving) • Interview: Recruiter via phone Preferred • RN License number provided Schedule & Shift Details • Full Time Schedule M-F : 8:00am-5pm, weekly on-call shift (5p-10p), 1 weekend per month • Saturday & Sunday: 8 units each day • Holidays: On-call 2 holidays per year Compensation & Perks • Estimated Earnings: $77K-$100K+/year • Orientation Guarantee: $3,000 per pay period for the first 6 months • Pay-per-Visit Rates: $42-$46 per visit (see rate chart) • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid quarterly over 1 year) • Outcome-Based Bonus: $1,000/quarter • Mileage Reimbursement: Included (see attached chart) • Unlimited income potential Interview Process • Video Interview with Hiring Manager • Ride-Along (if required) • Offer Prescreen Required: Completion of the interview prescreen form is mandatory (see attachments) Apply Now Ready to impact your community while earning competitive income with flexibility?Contact Yaschica Agoro at [email protected] to apply or learn more.
