Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator I has the ability to articulate a compelling, actionable vision for the unit/department. He or she facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator I has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of patient care within his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development and positive customer relations. This position will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision making skills within the department of oversight.

Education and Experience:
• BSN Preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting
• Advanced certification in field of specialty preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred

Certification/Licensure:
• Current BLS, PALS preferred or obtained within departments specific timeline from onboarding
