Care Excellence in Labor and Delivery This role offers the opportunity to excel as a registered nurse leader in Labor and Delivery at Providence Health and Services. The Assistant RN Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care, ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards, and coaching staff. The position requires a strong background in leadership, acute care experience in a Magnet recognized hospital, and a registered nurse license. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. Duties include but are not limited to ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, implementing and monitoring compliance to policies and clinical priorities, and collaborating to deliver quality health care to patients.
