Key Responsibilities Provide critical support to hotels and regional/corporate users in the use of Hyatt’s Revenue and Reservation systems, including PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Hy-Res. Collaborate with corporate leadership and developers to enhance RMS systems, policies, and procedures. Facilitate training classes and workshops for Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Operations colleagues at all levels of the organization. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless system operations. Participate in testing and quality assurance of new RMS enhancements, bug fixes, and releases. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hyatt’s revenue management systems and periphery systems that influence them. Requirements Essential Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Hyatt property experience in Revenue leadership or similar experience utilizing Hyatt PrO. Bilingual in Spanish/English (written and spoken). Highly skilled with system/function knowledge of Reserve (CRS), PrO (RMS), and RMT (Rate Management Tool). Training experience both virtually and in-person. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work independently with high efficiency and professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to creatively problem-solve. Open-minded and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and champion change. Ability to use independent judgment and, when necessary, act as sole decision-maker when interacting with hotels. Schedule flexibility is required up to and including occasional evening, overnight, early morning, and weekend hours. Willingness and ability to travel for training sessions and/or corporate meetings. Ability to relate to hotels and deliver authentic, experienced-based training with knowledge to go into live systems for demonstrations and examples in both live and virtual environments. High School education is required. Preferred Qualifications Opera (PMS) and SynXis experience. Previous experience with Ideas G3.
