RM - Site Visit Coordinator
Remote but need local to Houston, TX
12 months of contract
Job Requirements:
In home Remote worker. Daily travel required; must be able to travel up to 3 hours in each direction from home.
Must reside in the assigned territory including Dallas County and surrounding area.
Must have a reliable vehicle for daily required travel.
Basic Qualification:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with healthcare providers.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to self-monitor and work efficiently on an independent basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of
, Medicaid manage care, and or commercial health plan managed care
Responsibilities:
Must live in the Dallas/DFW area.
Conduct face to face scheduled or unscheduled visits within the provider community.
Maintain a working knowledge of Medicaid program and policy, online provider resources, internal processes, and technological applications.
Independent management of local territory by utilizing various reporting methods.
Meet all contractual obligations while establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relations.
Develop interpersonal relationships with peers and workgroups while working remotely.
Participate in team training and workgroups in addition to individual territory responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
