We’re looking for kind, resourceful, and passionate people to join us in building the safety net for selfemployment. Our team is looking for a Risk Operations Associate. As a member of the Risk Operations team, you will perform detailed analysis of highrisk transactions via realtime queues to identify prohibited activity across our product suite, flagging and making decisions on those accounts, and communicating with account holders. Day to day, you will: • Communicate with customers who have filed dispute reports, review and evaluate documentation received from customers, and make decisions on dispute validity. Optimize dispute intake, review, and claim submission processes and procedures. • Flag accounts with prohibited activity, review and make decisions on flagged accounts, and develop parameters for account reviews. • Collaborate with our Product team to establish product limitations as needed, and our Compliance team to flag account activity that needs to be reported.. • Establish parameters for opening new accounts based on fraud score and history. Communicate with users who are unverified and conduct reviews including ID verification submissions and additional documentation provided by customers. • Monitor risk losses and other KPIs from transaction disputes and canceled deposits, monitor fraud flagging and review metrics for accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve flagging and review criteria. • To thrive in this role, you have: • 2+ years experience in risk operations, with recent handson experience in the daytoday function of risk operations. • The ability to spot trends and react quickly to them by establishing new processes or pulling in relevant team members. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with customers and fellow employees. • The ability to problemsolve and prioritize tasks in timesensitive or highpressure situations. • Experience or interest in financial services, accounting, taxes, andor selfemployment. • A selfstarter approach to learning. • Experience problemsolving in a fastpaced growth environment. • You may also have: • Experience with Zendesk, SQL, and Asana (or other project management tools). • Previous startup experience or demonstrated technical initiative on previous projects. • The ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical partners. • Compensation at Found The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 $82,000. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
