Risk Coordinator- Insurance and Bonds

Garney Construction has an immediate opening for a Risk Coordinator - Insurance and Bonds position in Englewood, CO. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are seeing a self-motivated individual to join our growing Risk Management Team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Ā Organize, maintain, and track insurance, bond, and surety documents and correspondence.
Ā Aid with ordering insurance and surety-related items.
Ā Maintain departmental records and organization.
Ā Manage day-to-day items for third-party insurance programs on projects.
Ā Day-to-day correspondence with insurance and surety broker.
Ā Manage operations queries, e.g., requests for Certificates of Insurance, Bonds, etc.
Ā Processing of job-specific policies; quotes, binding, invoices, extensions, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ā High school diploma or equivalent - Required.
Ā Bonds and Insurance experience preferred
Ā Ability to deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines
Ā Adaptability - ability to adjust to different conditions/circumstances.
Ā Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.
Ā High level of motivation - a go-getter willing to go the extra mile.
Ā Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
