Review and update consulting agreement
About us:
Norwinden LLC is a healthcare consulting company (Norwinden.com) who enables our advanced diagnostic/lab clients to achieve their aggressive growth targets by providing unique managed care contracting solutions.
We're looking for a legal advisor to review our current consulting agreement to make sure it is thorough and affords us maximum protection and safety. Im chiefly concerned with the termination language. as the agreement may need to be terminated in the near future.
We prefer to keep the documents concise for ease of use, but not at the expense of incurring undue risk.
Once selected I will be happy to share the current template and would be glad to host a teams call to kick it off.
This project requires:
- that you be familiar with the laws of Pennsylvania as we are based in PA
- know how to create a document template so that it's reproducible and up to date affording us all protections
In your proposal, please briefly describe your experience, including past contract law work. Please also give me an idea how long it would take for a project of this scope . The agreement for review is 6 pages.
