Responsibilities:
Optimize room revenue and profitability achieved through effective pricing and inventory control aligned with market demand and competitor analysisMaximize exposure and profitability from all distribution channels, effectively leveraging brand systems and managing OTA relationshipsSupport financial accuracy and strategic decision-making by developing reliable short- and long-term revenue forecastsDrive strategic decisions facilitated by comprehensive analysis and clear reporting on key performance indicatorsForesee market trends, proactively adjust strategies, capitalize on revenue opportunities, and communicate each area effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred OR relevant revenue management experience required.3+ years of revenue management experience preferredBranded hotel revenue management experience requiredProgressive property management experience and/or hotel operations experience preferredExperience with revenue management systems (i.e., OneYield, IDeaS, Duetto, N2Pricing) Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work hybrid or 100% remote if outside the Buffalo, New York area
