We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a... temporary part-time capacity. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process.
This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week.
What You Will Do:
Support "Run the Business" initiatives for the RevOps organization
Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA
Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs
UAT and/or BAT testing
Sprint planning
Support of asset creation and enablement material
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles
Salesforce administration experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with JIRA and SCRUM certification preferred, but not required
Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve various business issues.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed.
Experience working on diverse problems where creative solutions are necessary.
Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.
This is a temporary, part-time position, perfect for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in process automation and business operations.
Compensation for this role is $46.50 per hour.
