What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels
- Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
- Manage group inventory effectively
- Implement strategies on third-party internet channels to ensure parity across distribution channels
- Prepare weekly strategy reports and monthly sell strategy reviews for hotel strategy meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and revenue management principles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue maximization
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in revenue management or a related field
- Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems and data analysis tools
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel operations
