Revenue Integrity Analyst - $73 per hour on w2
Coordinator SBO Revenue Integrity- FULLY REMOTE
This position is responsible for driving and supporting the Revenue Integrity function for the Single Billing Office (SBO) at Bay Area Hospital, in coordination with our Epic Community Connect partners. Supports clinical departments responsible for working decentralized edits. Is responsible for working and resolving edits assigned to Revenue... Integrity. Serves as a resource to both internal departments and the Community Connect chargemaster team and will help with identifying CPT codes, revenue codes or payer specific charging requirements for services provided.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer, office equipment and various software programs applicable to the position
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel) and the ability to manipulate large data files required
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
Ability to translate complex problems & concepts
Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
Ability to use initiative and judgment skills in carrying out responsibilities
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Excellent team building and management skills
Organizational skills that promote the ability to work well without direct supervision, manage time effectively and appropriately prioritize multiple assignments to meet project deadlines
Effective collaboration and communication with a variety of individuals, both internal and external, including multidisciplinary teams

Flexibility in job schedule to provide user support and advance project goals
Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent - REQUIRED
Minimum of 3 years of HOSPITAL (HB) and PROFESSIONAL (PB) chargemaster hands on work experience in healthcare revenue cycle - REQUIRED
Recent experience with hospital charge capture workflows, charge master maintenance, Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code and Revenue Codes REQUIRED
Must know what work queues are and how to fix in Epic/very hands on and must know all components of CDM and maintenance of CDM- REQUIRED
Must understand and have experience with MUEs and CCI Edits- REQUIRED
Experience with Epic, 3M EMR and RI- Required
