Independently handle inquiries from providers, members, and stakeholders, conducting research to answer complex questions
Monitor and track vendor performance, providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and escalate issues as necessary
Develop and deliver targeted training based on identified educational needs
Facilitate project management initiatives to ensure successful execution of projects
Requirements:
Must adhere to federal and state laws, and applicable compliance standards
Proven ability to work autonomously while applying expertise in relevant subject areas
Strong analytical skills to review high-risk denials and identify root causes
Experience in monitoring quality and productivity metrics in a healthcare environment
Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to leadership

Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and compliance
Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and content
