This individual will be the regional owner of the Order to Cash (OTC) process. This role requires effective communication in a team environment while interacting with cross-functional, cross-regional departments, including Sales, Professional Service teams as well as the US Revenue team.This position reports to the Revenue Manager, Asia and will manage all revenue-related matters in China and APAC regions. What You'll Do Work with the Revenue Manager/Supervisor to handle all revenue accounting, taxation, statutory and treasury matters across all business units in China and APACInteract with Sales Support, Sales and Strategy team in contracts reviewManage sales orders and invoices based on Executed contractsBuild strong trust with sales and strategy teamResponsible for investigation and resolution of unusual items related to billing and revenueExecute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of order-to-cash processesServe as backup revenue specialist for all other APAC regionAny other ad hoc assignment Requirements 2+ years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or the related degreeProficient in English - both verbal and written communication.Useful Korean in WritingEffective communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as a team player.Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills.Highly proficient in MS office applications: Excel, Power Point, and Word.
