The SSA will be responsible for conducting presentations, meeting with customers individually to discuss retirement and health benefits, and applying relevant laws and policies, including the Public Employee Retirement Law (PERL) and the Public Employee's Medical and Hospital Care Act (PEMHCA). The role requires a strong understanding of new legislation and policy initiatives to effectively address customer inquiries. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for up to two days of remote work and three or more days onsite each week. Responsibilities
