TasksWorking closely with the CEO and taking responsibility for all user retention and lifecycle marketing activitiesContinuous improvement upon existing onboarding, engagement, and reactivation flowsOrganizing day-to-day lifecycle campaigns and ensuring a smooth user journeySupporting various projects, e.g. in the development of retention-focused features or personalized messagingSupervising the implementation of customer retention initiativesRegular quality assurance of user journeys & brainstorming for improvementsSupporting the management in the legal area, e.g. GDPR compliance for messagingDevelopment and maintenance of lifecycle campaign calendars and user journey mapsDefinition of segmentation, user stories, and messaging requirementsCollaboration with UX/UI designers for an optimal user experienceInterface between product, development, design, marketing, and managementConducting cohort, funnel, and retention analysesIdentification of drop-off points, churn drivers, and opportunities to boost engagementCreation and prioritization of campaign backlogs and automation workflowsManagement of email, push notification, and in-app messaging rolloutsOptimization of internal processes and procedures (e.g., segmentation, automation, A/B testing)Development and maintenance of lifecycle playbooks and SOPsCollaboration with customer support to analyze and resolve churn-related issuesMonitoring retention, engagement, and other lifecycle KPIsIntroduction and maintenance of automation and CRM toolsCoordination with external service providers or partners (e.g. CRM or ESP providers)Analysis of user behavior (e.g., via Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)Creation and presentation of retention reports and dashboardsMeasurement and optimization of KPIs (e.g., Retention, Churn, Engagement)A/B testing to validate campaign effectivenessClose coordination with management on strategy and goalsOrganization and management of campaign planning meetingsCommunication with stakeholders on status, risks, and milestonesTranslation of business goals into actionable retention and engagement strategiesMonitoring and management of messaging compliance (e.g., unsubscribe management)Planning and executing reactivation strategies for lapsed usersManagement of customer feedback loops and continuous improvement cyclesParticipation in the monetization strategy (e.g., upsells, renewals)Analysis of growth opportunities and expansion into new retention channelsDevelopment of user engagement and loyalty measuresCollaboration with marketing for campaigns and product launchesWe're looking for someone with:At least 2 years of professional experience in a lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention-focused role (app experience is an advantage)Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, business, or data-related field preferredGreat command of English, German or Russian is considered a plusWe're a great match if you:Love the idea of turning a user journey into a well-oiled machine that keeps people coming backLike to "get your hands dirty" actually doing the work, not delegatingValue the quick results that come from autonomous workWork in a structured manner, always maintain an overview and can prioritize important tasks if requiredAre flexible, committed, independent and determinedDon't like wasting time on needless bureaucracy and meetings that could have been emailsBenefitsA job that's challenging but stress-free, with a lot of creative freedomFlat hierarchies, short decision-making processes and close collaboration with CEOA friendly, international, and highly committed team that operates with mutual trust and efficient decision-making processesThe opportunity to contribute to an established, financially stable start-up with a 5-year Health & Fitness legacyFlexible part-time work schedule and fully remote positionPaid annual leaveGet in touch!Convince us that you're a match for the position and that we can't miss out on you by applying with:Your CVAn informal cover letter detailing why you are a great fit for the position.
