Lead and motivate the retail team to provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable shopping experiences for customers.
Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Adidas brand, products, and industry trends.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in accordance with brand standards.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Contribute to the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Act as a role model for the team by embodying the Adidas brand values and promoting a positive work culture.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to share knowledge and best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the store and the team.
Assist in organizing and executing store events and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
