Roles and Duties: • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for a protected workplace setting. • Engage in safety training programs to enhance your performance capabilities in a swiftly moving warehouse environment. • Prepare, transport, and deliver goods to retail outlets and clients. • Ensure the meticulous management of products for retail fulfillment and customer drop-offs. • Manage the transportation of goods and streamline inventory flow within the warehouse. • Make sure your workspace is clutter-free, organized, and clean at all times. • Arrive promptly for work and ensure that tasks are finished with precision and within the set timeframe. • Work on addressing issues to foster continuous operational improvements. • Display a constructive and courteous demeanor when completing tasks solo or within a group setting. Requirements: • Capable of regularly transporting items that are between 35 to 50 pounds in weight. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Capability to remain upright, move, exert force, crouch, flex, and extend during work hours. • Sustain a positive and professional approach whether in a team or independent work setting. • Fundamental mathematical abilities, such as counting, adding, and subtracting. • Competency in accurately comprehending and interpreting information found on labels, tickets, and other product-related documents. • Use computer systems or mobile devices independently following proper training without constant oversight. • Proficient in expressing thoughts verbally and in writing. • Competence in comprehending, conversing in, and interpreting English to adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and directives. Additional Requirements: • Competent in undergoing instruction and using motorized machinery securely (such as Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Experienced in working safely at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary. • Capable of performing tasks in environments with controlled temperatures, such as refrigerated and frozen areas, for prolonged durations.
