In this role, you will represent the brand, learn about customer needs, and help shoppers select items for themselves and as gifts. Our team members are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, contributing to store sales, and sustaining an upbeat and inviting atmosphere.Responsibilities- Provide outstanding in-store customer service, using proven selling skills and in-depth product familiarity.- Build genuine relationships with customers by identifying needs, sharing product details, demonstrating items, and making personalized suggestions.- Promote the rewards program and encourage enrollment at the register and on the sales floor.- Support with replenishing products and ensuring the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.- Take part in store openings and closings, visual merchandising initiatives, and setting up promotional materials as needed.- Engage in physical tasks such as standing, moving, reaching, carrying, and lifting; duties may involve climbing, stooping, and kneeling to assist customers and maintain store appearance.
