Experienced Retail Security Officer with a strong background in protecting retail environments, preventing loss, and maintaining a safe shopping experience for customers and staff. Skilled in handling conflict professionally, remaining calm under pressure, and responding effectively to security incidents. Known for strong observation skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to safety. Offers flexible availability and a reliable commitment to protecting people, property, and company assets. Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will have the chance to: Deliver exceptional security and customer service Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support Assess and address potential risks Manage access control Write incident reports and maintain data logs Key Selection Criteria We’re looking for candidates who: Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification Control Room License highly regarded Have proven experience in the security industry Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can work collaboratively in a team or independently Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
