As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the products they need, answering any questions they may have about our products, and providing a fast and efficient checkout process. Responsibilities:
– Providing excellent customer service to all customers
– Assisting customers in finding products and answering product questions
– Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions
– Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
– Working collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets
Requirements:
– Must be available to work on weekends
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Strong customer service skills
– Basic math skills for cash handling
Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail experience preferred but not required
