We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to enhance customer experiences, manage transactions, and support day-to-day store operations. As a vital part of our team, your responsibilities will include: Operating cash registers and processing payments, both cash and card. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers with their purchases. Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a tidy shopping environment. Setting up engaging product displays and seasonal decorations. Unloading shipments and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Guiding customers in locating craft supplies, home décor, and framing orders. This role not only offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $14 to $18 for part-time and up to $18 to $22 for full-time associates, but it also includes opportunities for holiday pay, overtime, and performance-based raises.
