Key Responsibilities

? Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and dispense medications in compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
? Provide patient counseling on prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
? Perform routine immunizations for patients as part of preventative healthcare efforts.
? In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, supervise pharmacy associates, allocate tasks, and support staff development while meeting operational objectives.
? Maintain strong communication with healthcare providers and insurance professionals to ensure seamless medication dispensing.
Ideal Candidate
? Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
? Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (or eligibility)
? Immunization Certification (Preferred)
? Excellent attention to detail, patient care focus, and strong communication skills
