Your key responsibilities will include: * **Inventory Management & Tracking:** Maintain meticulous records of all arenaflex product inventory, including new arrivals, parts, accessories, and supplies. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels, identify potential shortages, and proactively address discrepancies. * **Stockroom Coordination:** Oversee the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring efficient storage, easy retrieval, and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with logistics teams to manage incoming shipments and outgoing transfers. * **Product Readiness & Deployment:** Ensure that all incoming arenaflex products are properly received, inspected, and prepared for retail deployment. This includes unpacking, labeling, and staging products for store placement. * **Demand Forecasting & Planning:** Analyze sales data and market trends to anticipate future product demand. Collaborate with management to adjust inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer needs. * **Operational Efficiency:** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency. Streamline workflows to minimize delays and maximize productivity. * **Communication & Collaboration:** Maintain consistent communication with store teams, management, and logistics partners regarding inventory status, potential issues, and upcoming product launches. Share critical information to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving. * **Compliance & Safety:** Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations related to inventory management and stockroom operations. Ensure a safe and organized work environment. * **Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and other operational challenges. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to product availability. * **New Product Launches:** Be at the forefront of new product launches, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of products to the retail environment.
