Retail Marketing Strategist

Position Summary

Responsible for contributing to organizational success by leading and executing Retail marketing programs. Partners with internal stakeholders to identify needs and target audiences and prepares campaigns or advertising with internal and external resources.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Collaborates and builds relationships with key stakeholders to identify and anticipate marketing opportunities for Magnifi and develops advertising and marketing programs that fulfill Retail business objectives.
• Develops Retail marketing and advertising campaign strategies and assets, including writing the communications brief, developing programs and plans, scheduling and coordinating media, managing the overall budget, coordinating with outside agencies, and maintaining campaign timelines.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the work from external vendors partnering on Retail campaigns, including marketing/advertising agencies, printers, and designers, and ensures they are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitors and evaluates the success of Retail campaigns, and provides a recap of performance, as well as provides recommendations on optimizations or changes for future campaigns.
• Reviews insights and analysis provided by key stakeholders to ensure they appropriately address the campaign status for the Retail market.
• Creates content for the Retail area of the organization such as creating ads, writing scripts and other written communication, graphic design, creates videos or other short form content as needed.
• Provides accurate and reliable reporting information to be used in forecasting, management updates and allocation of resources for the Retail area of Magnifi.
• Works in conjunction with internal Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) communications group and Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure holistic approach across all marketing channels.
• Understands media/advertising buying to communicate value as a media solution and develop strategies and goals.
• Stays abreast of marketing regulatory and compliance requirements. Coordinates compliance approvals with internal and external resources.
• Works on special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial.

Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of marketing experience; or equivalent knowledge and skills gained from related experience.
• Financial industry marketing experience is preferred.
• Marketing software platform experience is desired but not required (i.e. Hubspot and Adobe InDesign).

Salary Range: $29.22 - $43.83

Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.

Total compensation package varies based on position and may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and/or discretionary bonuses.
