Retail Forklift Driver

Operate forklift to move goods and materials within the retail store, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records by properly documenting all incoming and outgoing products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to designated areas.
Inspect and report any damages or defects in products, as well as any safety hazards in the store.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse and storage areas to ensure easy access to products.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests and inquiries from customers and colleagues.
Follow IKEA's values and principles in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the company's cleanliness standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Attend all required training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and confidentiality.
Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the retail store.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.
Maintain a valid forklift license and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while operating the forklift.
