Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager
We are looking for a Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager to join our team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.You will be responsible for ensuring safety, security, and structural compliance across all M-KOPA retail locations. Leading the charge in creating robust systems and ensuring the physical integrity of our locations, youâll drive compliance with Environment Health & Safety, security, and retail build standards. Youâll lead shop builds, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage third-party vendors, and drive emergency preparedness.You should be confident in audits, risk assessments, and crisis response.
