We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Under the direction of the Retail Operations Manager this role will be responsible for providing customer service in addition to administrative and operational support functions to internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries via phone or email, addressing concerns or redirecting as needed
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and assist clients with policy audits or disputes
• Provide timely correspondence to carriers, brokers, and agents regarding policies and client requests
• Handle phone coverage and manage email correspondence across sales, support, and certificates
• Prepare and distribute required documents, including quotes, invoices, affidavits, and policy-related forms
• Maintain accurate data records in the management system, adhering to processes and naming conventions
• Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines, notifying management of potential delays or challenges
• Perform general clerical duties and adhere to departmental best practices
• Support the team’s efforts to accomplish goals, help drive initiatives, support projects, fulfill tasks, and meet or exceed accountability metrics
• Manage leads and prospects using HubSpot (CRM) and the management system, ensuring accurate setup and assignment
• Oversee the renewal tool, assigning accounts to appropriate team members and updating personnel records as needed
• Support team operations by preparing and distributing documents related to new and renewal business
• Conduct research and resolve issues related to invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processes
• Collaborate with team members during meetings to improve workflows and processes
Requirements and Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Active Property & Casualty License
• 2+ years of Independent Insurance Agency in CSR or administrative support experience and data entry
• Broad understanding of Commercial Insurance Policies
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with agency management systems and tools (ie: AMS 360 (preferred), Applied Epic, Hawksoft) and phone systems
• Familiar with HubSpot (CRM) is a plus

Compensation Range: $21/hr - $25/hr
