About the position
The Retail Customer Service Representative II at Renewal by Andersen is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing order processing, and ensuring accurate scheduling. This role involves analyzing customer information, processing orders, and handling permits and inspections, all while working in a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days remote in Jessup, MD.
Responsibilities
Ā Responds to customer (homeowner)/delivery partner requests/inquiries.

Ā Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.

Ā Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
,
Ā Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
,
Ā Schedules appointments with homeowners.
,
Ā Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
,
Ā Handles permits and inspections.
,
Ā Prepares customer correspondence.
,
Ā Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
,
Ā Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
,
Ā Administers programs, i.e., customer referral program.
,
Ā May train others in office and customer service processes.
,
Ā May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years' work experience to include order processing work.
,
Ā Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
,
Ā Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
,
Ā Intermediate writing skills.
,
Ā Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
