Retail Associate Trainee (Entry Level Retail Banker)
About the position Responsibilities • Perform all transactions required by customers using appropriate technology. • Process deposits and withdrawals, including loan payments and savings. • Sell money orders and cashiers' checks. • Process or balance individual cash boxes and perform necessary office work. • File signature cards and complete end-of-day proof. • Maintain and balance a cash box. • Utilize technology such as Teller Scanning Equipment and Cash Recycling machines. • Support customers in using Coin Machines. • Meet customer expectations and achieve service quality standards. • Maintain knowledge and compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct and policies. • Participate in and complete required training and development experiences. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • Experience dealing with the public. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. • Proficient computer skills.
