We are seeking a Utility support position to join our service team at Carmine's. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we'd love to meet you!
Your Role With Us
? This position is responsible for general restaurant cleaning, sometimes assisting the dishwashers, and checking to make sure the restrooms are tidy and clean.
? Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitizing high contact areas throughout the restaurant throughout the shift
? Supporting the front of the house team with sorting, polishing, and rolling up the silverware.
? Facilitating dining dish system, sorting dirty dishes as needed and working with porters as needed
? Ensuring Dish room cleanliness and organization as well as auditing silverware at end of the shift
? Setting up the support station and making sure the service station is stocked
? May manage the coffee station and making sure that it is always clean and stocked.
? Continuously remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant.
? Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
? End of the shift cleaning including chair and table sanitation, high dusting as needed, and patio/outdoor dining cleaning if applicable.
? Other duties as assigned by Manager.
We Are Looking For Candidates
? Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.
? Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.
? Who are able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
? With open flexibility to work various shifts.
