This is a permanent role for an experienced worker and we will be contacting suitable candidates only. Restaurant Hours: 7 am - 3pm Monday to Sunday Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service Prepare a variety of Sunset Grill foods Unpack deliveries and verify items delivered Cover, date and correctly store all food prep items Notify Owner in advance of likely shortages Serve menu items compliant with established standards Use food preparation tools in accordance with recipe manual Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations Clean Dishes, Bus tables and clean floors as necessary Keep all work areas clean throughout the shift Ensure grills, stove top, steamer, walk-in cooler and freezers are clean and ready for use Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices Possess a hardworking respectful and positive attitude Must be able to work weekends and holidays Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $16.20-$17.20 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food On-site parking Application question(s): What is your availability?
