Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry with project management experience
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and project management principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in POS systems (TOAST) and operational software
Strong communication skills with executive leadership
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Job Responsibilities: The Restaurant Operations Services Manager will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across our restaurant locations. Responsibilities include:
Hiring forecast and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels
Sales forecasting and budget management to drive profitability
Overseeing POS updates and system optimizations for operational smoothness
Conducting loss prevention audits and implementing corrective measures
Planning and organizing the annual company meeting, including logistics and agenda setting
Continuously monitoring systems for improvement opportunities and implementing necessary changes
